How do I request an appraisal?

What information do I need to provide?
The property's legal document (certificate of title, promise of sale or sales contract), your ID or passport, the purpose of the appraisal, the location, a short description and a photo of the property. For bank appraisals, also the bank and your loan officer's details.
How much does an appraisal cost?
Fees depend on the type, size, location and complexity of the property and on the purpose of the appraisal, following the minimum fees of the Dominican Institute of Appraisers (ITADO). Send us the details and we will send you a quote.
